Experience:

• Technical expertise in SAP BW architecture, data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Understanding of conversion strategies, including data migration, system configuration, and testing plans, to ensure a smooth transition to BW/4HANA
• Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA functionalities, including SAP HANA modeling and data integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset to identify and address technical challenges and optimization opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Development experience in one or more programming languages like Java, C/C++ or Python.

Additional Requirements:

• At least 4 years of functional and/or technology experience in SAP environment focussed on SAP Analytics products - SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere
• Ability to effectively resolve/drive resolution of most complex problems that require the creation of new and innovative approaches.
• Industry experience (Generic and industry-related process skills)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Relocation to Newtown Square, PA is required
