Drive account mining efforts to uncover new opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding our footprint and services offered.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Provide strategic direction for the practice, identifying opportunities for new service offerings, including niche capabilities like CPQ, Vlocity, and industry-specific solutions.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Manage customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and establishing a trusted advisor status with clients.
Oversee key practice KPIs forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce certifications and platform updates to provide expert guidance to clients and team members.
Develop and refine best practices and methodologies to enhance the practice's operational efficiency and quality of service.
Represent the company at community and industry events, enhancing our visibility and thought leadership in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in Salesforce project delivery and GTM strategy execution.
Deep understanding of Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. including niche capabilities such as CPQ, Vlocity, etc
