The position is based in Sydney, Australia, and will require up to 25% travel to support regional teams across Asia, Americas, and Europe.Key job responsibilities- Developing and leveraging analytical metrics to measure success of portfolio goals.- Planning and hosting value stream mapping events with key stakeholders to measure work throughput, identify inefficiencies, determine root causes, and develop solutions to optimize processes to support program success.- Applying change, risk, and resource management to adapt as organizational demands change.

Work/Life Balance

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related fields; or equivalent experience (in lieu of degree).
- 5+ yrs of experience in technical project/program/portfolio management.
- 5+ yrs of experience driving programs across cross-functional teams.
