As a Technical Enablement Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with members of the aligned Enablement team to determine training needs, and proposed solutions.
• Designing and developing learning content using instructional design strategies in a variety of methods (including eLearning).
• Working in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts to identify both learning objectives and learning subject matter.
• Developing course content from scratch as well as updating and improving current courseware, hands-on labs, and exams.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have hands-on experience in training content development and/or instructional design, applying adult learning principles.
• Have maturity applying learning methodologies and strategies, especially around storytelling, micro-learning, and simulations.
• Have working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools for different learning modalities.
• Display excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and business audience.
