Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL/MySQL.
- Experience providing technical integration support to external/internal partners and creating tooling or automation solutions to scale support.
- Ability to collaborate, deliver, and influence technical decisions with various sized customer and stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion with limited guidance and high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
