Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

  • Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science

Responsibilities
  • Under minimal guidance, you’ll support cost and supply chain operation needs while making recommendations for investments critical to products and/or services. You’ll also evaluate segments of supply chain operations to enable continuous operations.
  • You’ll integrate a single product category’s business specifications into RFP processes, while helping define supplier performance evaluations. You’ll also manage contract and pricing negotiation activities, and develop strategies within a limited scope of a single product category.
  • As a point of contact for suppliers within your assigned product categories, you’ll enable and develop them, manage reviews of KPIs, and identify issues. You’ll also support a product category’s financial health by participating in cross-functional engagements.
  • You’ll support early technical engagements with cross-functional leadership with minimal guidance. You’ll also recommend whether or not to introduce new technologies for Microsoft products or cloud infrastructure.
