- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with video streaming technologies (HLS, DASH)
- 5+ years of experience with ad decisioning and reporting technologies and standards (VAST, VMAP, Open Measurement)
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Track record of leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams
- Hands-on experience leveraging the latest Generative AI tooling to improve individual and team productivity.
