Provide day-to-day coverage for production molds/dies, swiftly responding to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests to minimize downtime
Implement and modify PM documents and schedules under Tool and Die Supervisor's guidance
Perform major repairs, rebuilds, and coordinate between shift and weekend work for smooth operations
Assist in developing PMs and procedures for equipment maintenance
Design, fabricate, and fully document Tool and Die improvements and modifications
Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems and connections between Tool and Die and machines
Manage Tool and Die consumables and spare part inventory, providing effective direction, coaching, and training to enhance shift employees' skills and support production goals
What You’ll Bring
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining injection molding tools, stamping dies, or high-pressure die casting equipment
Demonstrate expertise in at least one trade, proficiency in others, and a willingness to learn additional skills
Proven experience in fostering a positive atmosphere within a collaborative work team
Highly desired experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
Exhibit good overall computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work overtime as needed to ensure operational requirements are met
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
