Key job responsibilities
• Leading and supervising a Decom team of hourly employees within the ADC
• Ensure overall safety and security is supported across multiple teams/shifts
• Strategic planning, forecasting and resolution of problems; addressing any staffing needs
• Mentoring, training and developing direct reports for career progression; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
• Write and deliver annual performance reviews to senior management
• Develop, improve, and share operational best practices across all ADC regions
• Work with other supporting functions and operational regions to develop performance KPI and metrics; drive throughput efficiencies by continuously improving operational processes.You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
- 2-years of experience hiring and managing performance of technicians to meet service level agreements
- 1-year of experience working on IT hardware including repairs, assembly, manufacturing, installations or life cycle decommissioning
- 1-year experience working with inventory management systems
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance level of Top Secret with Polygraph


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years in a data center technology role
- Experience with physical data center infrastructure such as copper/fiber cabling
- Experience developing operational metrics to drive efficiencies
- Experience with LEAN tools and methodologies to lead process improvement and or cost reduction efforts
- Experience working with teams to articulate and refine requirements to assist in the improvement of scanning, tracking, inventory, database software and tooling.
