Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the customer-facing portal product, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives in the Payments or Fintech sector.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Monitor product performance, gather insights through data analytics, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Payments and Fintech space to maintain product relevance and competitiveness.
