Job responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class, end-to-end transaction execution management of credit facilities focused on bilateral working capital facilities, syndicated lending and core trade
- Prepare transaction documentation based on JP Morgan template documentation
- Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation
- Review and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across various credit products
- Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution
- Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations
- Maintain oversight of the deal closing process
- Participate in team projects as part of continuous improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in documentation negotiation coordination and transaction execution management of credit facilities
- Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processes
- Expertise in credit agreements, including the ability to negotiate provisions on behalf of the bank
- Decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution
- Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally
- Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills.

- Finance and/or Legal degree

- This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change
