Responsibilities:

• Processing standards
  • Ensure data quality is maintained and improve data integrity on the downstream systems
  • Address escalations / issues related to the Trade product accounting
  • Conduct regularly meeting / discussion to close any open investigation
• Risk and Control
  • Ensure to adheres internal policies, compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
  • Ensure accounting policy guidelines are followed at all times
  • Assist management for audit preparation and necessary actions for clean audit results
• Revenue and Cost management
  • Give suggestions or participate in process improvements
  • Maintain adequate productivity levels
• Migration and Project management
  • Support/participate in new/ongoing projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks – internal and external
  • Document the reviews perform for any change that impact the financial results
• Team Player
  • Interact with team members on a daily basis to understand their requirement
  • Motivate the team towards the business objective
• Functional Responsibilities
  • Understanding of books and records, reconciliation, ledgers, accounting principles, etc.
  • Perform reconciliations and investigations
  • Strong analytical knowledge
  • Advance Excel and good presentation skills

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in a related role to cash and trade operations and management
• Ability to execute and exceed both internal and customer expectations in a team-oriented Operations environment
• Ability to work as a team with offsite partners
• Consistent ability to identify process improvement and participate actively on the solution / enhancements
• Strong attention to details, required to ensure the data privacy of our client information
• Excellent team worker skills
• Strong client management / relationship skills
• Advance knowledge in Excel
• Knowledge in Power Point

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience (preferably commerce/accounting/finance)

Competencies:

• Information must be express coherently and accurately to key people in a timely manner
• Confidence, self-motivated and plenty of initiative
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
• Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders
• Good oral and written communication skills (English)
