To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will work with organizations such as Worldwide (WW) Engineering and Design, WW Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery and Tech as well as Operations to innovate at scale and drive the development roadmap. You will manage large, complex initiatives, and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery station.You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. Our team works on the medium and long term, incremental and radical innovation of process infrastructure, layout and standards for launch and legacy delivery stations. Lead idea generation for innovative design/process solutions to existing operational problems
Create documentation to share innovative design/process solutions, process maps, design standards, etc.
Generate structured plan to turn innovative design/process solutions from ideas to assessment, pilot and finally expansion
Own and deliver against plans, providing network reporting, financial approval and leadership approval for all stages of program progressionOwn internal process innovations across the Engineering Org, including owning road-mapping and planning for given area of responsibility and ensuring roadmap is delivered

- 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
- Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- 5+ years engineering experience
