Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of asset managers and analysts with dotted line reporting of others as it relates to the risk monitoring functions.

  • Oversight of select portfolio-level functions.

  • Subject matter expert on Agency Multifamily Asset Management.

  • Update processes and procedures to reflect changes in Agency requirements and market conditions.

  • Building solid partnerships with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Asset Management teams.

  • Building solid partnership with internal Bank partners from credit, risk, servicing, underwriting, technology and others.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate

  • At least 10 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans

  • At least 10 years of experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in commercial real estate

  • At least 15 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
