What you'll do...

The builds products to enhance the experience for our store associates. You'll use the latest tools to facilitate teams and their work to develop experiences changing the way we serve associates and customers. You'll lead a team delivering associate-centric solutions like the Walmart app, game-changing financial and health and wellness services, and next-generation associate tools, like an augmented reality stocking app, and so much more. It's the work of you and your team on the world's biggest stage at the place where your work has a purpose.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Develop and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, collaborate on the rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, collaborate on business cases, and approving objectives
  • Build collaborative relationships with important partners by guiding priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership
  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs
  • Build a team environment by managing and mentoring a team of 4-6 Product Managers

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
