Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- 2 years of experience structuring wholesale energy market business agreements, including retail energy supply, power purchase agreement (PPA) agreements, and investments.
- Experience in programming and building quantitative models that leverage SQL based queries to convert data into business insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Python.
- Experience with wholesale electricity markets and structuring in multiple regions.
- Understanding of applied and financial mathematics concepts and techniques (including statistical techniques, option pricing and monte carlo simulation techniques), with experience performing quantitative analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to coordinate with energy experts and non-experts alike; lead projects requiring inputs from multiple teams.
