• Developing project plans and goals
• Communicate the vision and goals of the project or portfolio of projects.
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
• Responsible for the team that:
o Executes the project plan, collaborating with other technology and business teams to achieve maximum results
o Delivers the highest quality technology solutions, following industry and EY technology, architecture and security standards.
o Resolves most appropriate technology solution to meet the business need, including evaluating Reuse, Buy or Build decisions
o Demonstrates functionality of completed projects to partners
o Develops performance measures to assess the success of projects and features and settle vital improvements.
o Partners with internal customers to validate requirements and priorities through various forums (analysis, meetings, focus groups, etc.) and refine those requirements for broad market applicability
o Collaborates with user experience, business analysts and engineers with a focus on defining project functionality and designing solutions that bring differentiating value to our current and prospective clients

A Bachelor’s degree in related field
Relevant industry certification (e.g. PMP, PSM, CSM, any technical certificate) is preferred but not required
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience software development cycle and project management methodologies.
• Must have some technical background as a developer or as a tester in earlier experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project development and delivery frameworks; Agile framework; and/or DevOps practices and services.
• Must have 3-7 years of experience in project management and product management, including one or a combination of: leading technology projects, complete SDLC, CI/CD DevOps, and working with a scrum team.
• Must have 4 years of experience in analysing business requirements, identifying gaps, and defining solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Knowledge of one more industry standard Agile PM tools – Jira or Azure Devops / Trello / Smartsheet / Confluence
• Must have good experience reporting on project status and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery.
• Flexible to work in US and UK time zones
• Amenable to work on client site if required by client
• Amenable to support North America/EMEIA/APAC/Oceania shift as required by client
• Strong knowledge of MS Project/Project online (for web) and other project management tools
• Experience working with Agile Transformation Project
• Should have good understanding and minimum exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, Sharepoint Online, MS Teams and PowerBI.
• Understanding of waterfall methodologies
• JIRA/ADO administration and configuration knowledge
• Business analysis skill
• Experience working or setting up a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Sector experience in areas such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer Products & Retail, Oil & Gas, Energy/Power & Utility, Technolgy, Media & Entertainment, Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Automotive, etc.
