Job responsibilities
- Dive deep to understand customer needs and specifically challenges related to site reliability, and build a product roadmap that optimizes their experiences.
- Manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities.
- Work with product, design, engineering, and operation teams to deliver the next generation of products and solutions that JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community banking can use for Site Reliability.
- Establish mechanisms across IT and Partners to improve the customer experience.
- Distill complex and ambiguous technical problems to their core elements.
- Develop recommendations based upon data.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing and driving programs across cross functional teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of project management discipline including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management experience
- Experience running a Site reliability program for a large organization
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership
