What you’ll be spending your time on:
Working closely with various internal Payoneer Departments:
- CSM, Product, R&D Teams for new product implementations, process improvements and scheme mandates.
- Risk team (Chargeback) to apply new technology and fraud parameters to make the card more secure.
- Account Management and Business Teams: help with onboarding new clients and find creative ways to fulfill the business requirements.
- Customer Journey and CSM: investigate complicated transaction cases coming from the customers to understand the issues and trends.
- Finance- Reconciliation team
For this role, you have:
- At least 2 years of experience with card processing/ payment issuing companies Must
- In-depth knowledge of card processing space transactions types (Authorization, Clearing & settlement), Matching process, different kind of transactions (Recurrent transactions), fees & interchange, different product (Pre-Paid, Debit, Credit) Must
- Analytic skills Must
- Ability to manage external vendors like Processing Companies. Preparing documents with requirements for development. Overseeing full development cycle including QA tests and SLA control
- Ability to run/monitor reports
- Project management skills and ability to manage projects within the company different teams
- Technical and good excel skills
- High level of English, written and verbal Must
- Relevant education: Industrial engineer, information system, or other relevant degree
- Knowledge in 3DS an advantage
- Experience with the network regulations & services(STIP, M4M, QMR report, Visa member letters, Mastercard bulletin, etc) is an advantage
- Experience with cards, EMV and Contactless technologies, and payment industry is an advantage.
- Experience with mobile payments like Apple Pay, Google Pay is an advantage
- Experience with different International Payment methods like WeChat, Alipay is an advantage.
- Knowledge of European regulations (PSD2) & USA regulations is an advantage.
- SQL knowledge – an advantage
