Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, or similar technical fields.
- Experience with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
- Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience executing operational initiatives.
