Job Area:
This position will:
Be at the forefront of integrating AI technology and accelerating the adoption of AI functionality within Qualcomm’s contact management process,
Implement user-friendly self-service capabilities through Agiloft to improve overall user experience, and
Lead transformational change in contract processes, setting new industry standards.
This role:
Leads the team who maintains Qualcomm’s contract lifecycle management system, including: training, troubleshooting, testing, development and management of contract templates, clause library and workflows, implementation and adoption of AI functionality, creation of operating procedures, development and review of analytics and reporting, and managing system modifications and integrations;
Identifies, develops, and implements process improvement initiatives and solutions designed to enhance data collection, system, and process performance;
Creates scalable, efficient, and flexible business designs that balance people, process, and systems;
Measures and reviews data and performance metrics on an ongoing basis to identify and resolve issues; and
Drives solution deployment across the organization including documentation and user training.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of direct work experience with Agiloft
Agiloft Certified Level 2 or higher
8+ years of experience with analyzing processes
4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr. Director and above)
2+ years in a technical leadership role with direct reports
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads team to develop advanced knowledge of Agiloft and conduct complex analyses and performance metrics that identify where an issue has occurred and where process inefficiencies or gaps exist.
Guides the development and execution of solutions across a team that interacts cross-functionally in the organization.
Guides a team to implement business process improvement projects, including facilitating the process lifecycle and defining deliverables; ensures alignment with implementation strategies.
Manages and oversees integration and stabilization projects across a team.
Guides team members to identify and create key measures of process effectiveness, develops performance metrics, and ensures projects align with business initiatives.
Leads team production support efforts to ensure user, business efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
Guides team to initiate feedback and provide user support.
Guides team members to create, deliver, and provide presentations and training for business process improvements and enhancements.
Guides team members to write clear and detailed documentation for business processes; reviews documentation to ensure it is accurate and consistent.
Makes decisions that have global implications; decisions reflect broad knowledge of functional areas and strategies.
Works with high-level representatives from other functions to develop, integrate, and/or execute large initiatives.
Reviews project requests and determines the level of analyses and associated work that needs to be conducted in order to address project deadlines and assigns accordingly throughout the team; accordingly, reviews performance data and determines if escalation of issues to senior leadership is needed.
Level of Responsibility:
Works independently with little supervision.
Provides supervision to direct reports.
Decisions are more significant in their impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives. Errors are not readily apparent due to the complexity of work process/product or time between decisions and results. Errors typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds to correct.
Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.
Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department. Erroneous decisions, failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules and result in the re-allocation of some resources.
Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
Most tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.
Substantial creativity is needed to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives.
Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or conflicting; advanced data analysis and interpretation skills are required.
Occasionally participates in strategic planning within own area affecting immediate operations.

Pay range:
$120,000.00 - $180,000.00
