Technology is changing incredibly fast. The criminals know it, and they are taking advantage. We know it too.

In this position, you will:

  • Lead Agile Scrum Team including dailies, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, other Team Leaders, Architects, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers on commitments and meets sprint goals effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Dev processes to optimize team performance and delivery efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring the team remains focused on delivering value while adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment within the team and across stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged in achieving project objectives.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading Agile Scrum teams, with a strong ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with proven experience in software development.
  • Technical Experience: Technical experience in working with one or more of the following: C#, .NET Core, Node.js, SQL, REST API, Docker containers.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
