Order Fulfillment Specialist with German (fixed term)
Your role:
- Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips)
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
- Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
- You have very good German level and English level (B2 or higher)
- You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
- You have knowledge of Excel (e.g. data reporting, data analysis, pivots, Vlookup)
- You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
