Order Fulfillment Specialist with German (fixed term)

Your role:

• Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips)
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

You're the right fit if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
• You have very good German level and English level (B2 or higher)
• You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
• You have knowledge of Excel (e.g. data reporting, data analysis, pivots, Vlookup)
• You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
