We are looking for a skilled Rust Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge web3 security software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, development best practices and micro services. While prior experience in cybersecurity or blockchains is a plus, we welcome developers eager to learn and grow in this space.

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable systems using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with the research team to translate innovative concepts into practical, secure solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to industry best practices.
• Participate in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities within applications.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Rust development, cybersecurity, and blockchain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in Rust development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Advantages:

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and interest in cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized systems (advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python/GO).
