Supplier Management & Development:Align with our Electron Optics category sourcing strategy, focusing on subcategories like electron source, column, and detectors.
Support NPI Teams:Engage in commercial and technical sourcing, supplier relationship management, and program management of technical components, subsystems, and systems.
Market Research:Identify, screen, develop, and qualify new suppliers to meet KLA’s technical and commercial roadmap.
Cost Savings & Capacity Ramp:Drive initiatives and support customer concerns.
Contract Negotiation:Lead or support the negotiation of Purchase and Development Agreements.
Supplier Reviews:Coordinate and lead supplier business reviews and scorecards and establish supplier capabilities matrix.
Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to ensure timely achievement of milestones and effective supplier relationship management.
Risk Management:Support risk management initiatives and lead escalations for assigned suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is required; MBA is a plus.
Experience: Over eight years of proven experience in supply chain management and technical sourcing within the Semiconductor Industry, especially in electron optics technologies.
Skills: Strong ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead complex supplier relationships and contract negotiations, and drive technical solutions. Excellent project management, communication, analysis, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Flexibility: Experience working with global cross-functional teams and flexibility for different time zones. Domestic and international travel may be required (up to 25%).
