Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience of working with external partners, agencies, or creator service providers and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in new business development and project management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Video Content Creation Ecosystem (Short-form, Long-form, Podcast, Live).
- Global market experience working across multiple time zones.
- Experience in e-commerce/merchant/brand ecosystem.
- Experience with digital and/or social media, creator/community management and communications, content programming, and creative campaign design/management.
- Track record of identifying and implementing improvements based on data and insights.
- Track record of effective mass communication and engagement.
