Description
You will architect and develop scalable software solutions with the main objective of improving the silicon and low level software debugging processYour work will involve system level software development with interactions with the following components: daemons, networking and multi-threading.You will work with peers and key individuals in HW architecture, emulation, and software to identify requirements and develop plans for future silicon debug solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in C++/C and Python
  • Knowledge of hardware architecture - SoCs, CPU, GPU
  • Familiar with Data structure & Software Design
  • Experience in creating user facing APIs or tools.
  • Proven creative, critical thinking and solving skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing tools for others
  • Working with low level SW and HW interaction.
  • Experience working with low level SW protocols for HW interaction
  • Experience with SWD/JTAG and other debuggers
  • ARMv8 architecture knowledge
  • Understanding of operating system fundamental
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
