Your role:

• Cultivate a strong understanding of the portfolio, customers, channels, and competitors to execute on a customer-focused approach for programs and initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service portfolio offers are effectively designed and ensure end-to-end support from value prop creation through launch (including ongoing tracking of success)
• Design and develop marketing and sales enablement programs for our service contracts business; continuously monitor and measure, seek out actionable insights, and take appropriate actions to improve outcomes
• Support Marketing Plan development

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business; MBA a plus
• 5+ years of experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions; additional experience in sales, sales enablement, or marketing operations preferred
• Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures
• Experience with performing business analysis to drive marketing programs
• Tech-Savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and business plans
• Strong attention to detail
