Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs focused on automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design tailored solutions to address skill gaps.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automation and smart manufacturing (e.g., AI/ML in production, predictive maintenance) to ensure training content remains cutting-edge and relevant.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
Support the implementation and adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in automation, smart manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Proficiency in training software and tools, including e-learning platforms.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related quality management tools (e.g., APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) is a plus.
Experience with MES, DFM, CpK or other process improvement methodologies.
Certification in training or adult education (e.g., CPTD from ATD, CTP in China) is desirable.
Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and data analytics in manufacturing is an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin with a strong command of written and spoken English.
