Qualifications
    • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field andtechnical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • ORbachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field solid technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR strong technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
    • Fluent in Germanand English language

    • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably with AI-powered products or services.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise customers' needs and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
  • Domain ExpertiseYou will demonstrate Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Extensions through sessions such as Architectural Design and Proof of Concept sessions. You will present and apply architecture patterns for design, development, configuration/ governance. Additionally, you will apply sales methodologies and leverage partner/customer teams as needed.
  • You will effectively communicate & document the narrative of Modern Work and Copilot's capabilities and the transformative impact on businesses and individuals.
  • You will be a trusted advisor and consultative technical seller with a growth mindset.Developand maintainadvanced to expert levelAIskillsdiscover,demo, andidentifynewsalesopportunities&AI scenariosin business unitsat your customerbase.
  • Build StrategyYou will provide strategic, technicalinput based on Microsoft capability at the account level to contribute to strategy development. You will share competitive insights from customer sessions with colleagues and escalate competitive situations to influence compete strategies.
  • Solution Design and ProofYou will win the technical decision and intent by gaining a deep understanding of a customer’s business and differentiate Microsoft in complex selling environments by sharing insights, reframing the status quo, and quantifying business impact that motivates customers toact. You will know when and how to escalate blockers, when to push back on customer objections, and how to unblock technical blockers with the customer.
