As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Sales leaders to set GTM strategies, territory design, sales targets and quotas by territory
- Providing key insights, reporting and analysis of key metrics and business performance to drive data-supported decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive operational excellence.
- Partnering across teams to implement and leverage sales enabling platforms/tools and monitoring the sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
- Leveraging Salesforce for analytics on deal commitments and pipeline, and post-sale reporting of bookings data and performance.
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements to the global support model.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in sales operations and business analytics
- Have proficiency with Saleforce.com, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, BI/Tableau
- Have analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment
- Have prior experience in the high-tech industry
