RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead the Management Operating System (MOS) to provide right and fast financial information for business decision.
•Execute financial strategies to achieve or exceed committed performance.
•Perform in-depth financial analytics to identify pricing opportunities, cost productivities, Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) and Working Capital improvements.
•Manage the monthly forecasting process, driving continuous improvement to reduce variances and identify risks / opportunities in the forecast.
•Provide financial analysis and support to the SIOP process.
•Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process as well as actively participate in the Strategic Plan (STRAP).
•Serve as a business partner to demonstrate insight of financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management of Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and two (2) years of finance experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in stated fields and five (5) years of finance experience. Full term of experience must include: business partnering skills across multiple locations; managing multiple priorities; planning and reporting; ability to interpret complex financial spreadsheets; ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and across all functional groups; information technology financial applications, including SAP, Hyperion (both HFM and Planning Modules), Business Objectives, Tableau, and Excel; and lean operational process improvement. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
