Job Summary:

As a Loan Origination Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating Floorplan and Commercial documentation for the Dealer Services Group. You will collaborate with Credit Coordinators, Bankers, Underwriters, Compliance teams, internal and external legal counsel, and outside vendors to fulfill documentation requests. Your responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation for existing customers and new prospects based on established criteria. You will analyze the terms, conditions, and financial components in approval documentation to create the necessary legal documents for loan transactions. Additionally, you will identify potential issues, propose solutions, and manage due diligence items for loan closings. Meeting service level expectations and achieving team and individual productivity and quality goals are key aspects of this role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review loan documentation for Floorplan and Commercial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete documentation requests.
  • Analyze approval documentation to ensure accurate legal document creation.
  • Identify potential problems and offer solutions during the loan closing process.
  • Manage due diligence items, ensuring timely collection, review, and distribution.
  • Meet service level expectations and contribute to team and individual productivity and quality goals.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan documentation preparation.
  • Knowledge of risk management, collateral perfection, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle moderate to complex Floorplan and Commercial deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and a desire to resolve issues.
  • Team-oriented, willing to share information, coach others, and contribute to team success.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, remain flexible, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems and processes.
