Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing research vendors.
- Experience sourcing and managing third-party vendors for research studies.
- Ability to communicate with various levels of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders of varying levels with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent problem solving and presentation skills with the ability to take initiatives.
- Excellent investigative, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to be a self-initiate and a proactive thinker.
