The Senior Financial Analyst position’s main responsibilities will be to:

  • Operate as a trusted and strategic financial partner for the Americas GTM Sales organization, supporting Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Support and G&A teams.
  • Develop revenue forecasting based on historical trends for weekly submissions and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and understand key business drivers to provide clear, concise and timely recommendations.
  • Refine large quantities of information into concise, useful, and meaningful management reporting, with an importance on providing timely and accurate answers to key business questions.
  • Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan which includes revenue and expense projections.
  • Prepare leadership presentations, quarterly business reviews, and AOP presentations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Support business leaders with annual budget development and ongoing budgetary control processes to ensure that objectives are met while working within the budget framework.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly budget to actual variance analysis and understands key business issues to provide clear, concise and timely recommendations for action(s)
  • Support internal business leaders by meeting their financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis needs.
  • Participate in the administration and upgrade of planning/reporting tools and applications.
  • Actively participate on cross-functional teams to resolve a wide variety of problems or to create new processes.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to address and resolve accounting issues and support quarter close processes
  • Supports a culture of continuous improvement in day-to-day activities.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various managers and senior leaders across the company.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Prior experience in Oracle ERP and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Must be a self-starter and comfortable working independently.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work well with others.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No direct reports

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Hybrid work
  • Works in a pleasant office environment with other department staff, utilizing a computer workstation and various software applications. Specific work schedule is coordinated with direct supervisor.
