Key job responsibilities
Build internal and external relationships to drive results.Working backwards from AWS Partners, Customers, and partner/sales strategy, own the global strategy for the partner business planning mechanism (3+ years).Build and maintain internal consensus and alignment to support long term partner success.Establish communication plan for internal and external audiences as it relates to partner .Conduct deep dive into gaps within existing planning mechanisms and develop plan to address with a focus on automation and user experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Executive presence, with the ability to interact with senior executives internally and at partner companies.
- Ability to break down complex problems, and a will to get things done (self-starter) and deliver results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
- 10+ years in a sales, business development, or alliances program function for a large technology firm
- Deep understanding of cloud-based technologies
- Excellent business judgment and thrives in an ambiguous, high-energy and fast paced environment
- Proven track record of influencing cross-organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
