You will be responsible for

• Managing the Sales force within North China with a strong focus on Sales achievement
• Partner development through the region
• Directs sales force in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Growing the business in North China

What you bring to the table

• At least 7 years sales and management experience within the IT industry in a high growth business
• Proven experience in growing business and recruiting partners
• Familiar with both direct and indirect sales
• Knowledge of the security market
• Experience working in an international multi-cultural company
• High energy and commitment level
• Excellent English skills
