Rail and Civil Lead. TheRail and Civil LeadYou will develop and maintain strong key client relationships, act as a trusted advisor to a select group of Jacobs key clients. Represent the team at key thought leadership events. You will collaborate closely with Jacobs client management team to identify emerging opportunities with the key clients. You will provide design management functions on projects and maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process. Facilitate the technical development of more junior resources to meet market requirements. The successful candidate may also have an opportunity to work as Team Lead to then upskill operations management aspects further while leading the technical delivery front.
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Previous experience working on multidisciplinary transport and general civils infrastructure projects, with medium and high complexity, with a preference for rail industry experience
- Significant knowledge and breadth of civil engineering aspects in transport engineering concepts and tasks
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external Jacobs.
