Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents, and Statements of Work for professional services engagements, or other agreements for technology services.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft customer agreements for technology services businesses.
Experience advising on the legal implications of agreeements terms and conditions.
Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with process improvement and automation.
Experience in Vendor Management.
Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders and to be detailed- and process-oriented.
