What you`ll do :

leads customers to run their business through Cloud Adoption, Managed Operations, and Continuous Innovation.

• Simplifying management of customer SAP cloud solutions
• Handle day-to-day operations and improvement of customer application landscape with hands-on expertise
• Boost consumption of continuous innovation and enable clean core with SAP accountability
• Drive more value from SAP solutions by linking solution expertise with detailed customer knowledge

Your tasks are as follows:

• Understand customer’s requirements and provide solutions
• Implement changes in alignment with business processes & solution architecture
• Analyze and resolve application incidents
• Plan and perform maintenance of customer systems
• Identify potential improvements
• Working on smaller projects during operations phase
• Address customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT & Business Management, Engineering’s or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience SAP Solution Area Digital Manufacturing (e.g. Resource Orchestration, Production Connectivity Model, Production Process Designer)
• Being involved on full cycle implementation in SAP Digital Manufacturing
• First experience in Production Planning (PP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) are beneficial but not a must
• Customer orientation, result driven and execution focus
• English is a must
