What you’ll do

Within our IT unit to enable best in class IT solutions for our business partners you will:

• be part of an agile team, assume responsibility for tasks and complete them end-to-end with the best quality.
• primarily focus on development and customization of cloud-based software application.
• design and implement new solutions using SAP’s latest Cloud Platform technologies.
• drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability and ultimately customer satisfaction.
• assume responsivity of all software development tasks working with multiple teams of developers supporting software product in ownership.
• develop skill and competency on latest integration technologies

What you bring

• Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Practical Knowledge of SAP Success Factor Commission software is a big plus.
• SQL knowledge is a must.
• Java and Python knowledge is a must.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases is a big plus.
• Familiarity with AI LLM modeling is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of HANA database platform is desired.
• Practical experience in the area of application integration with HANA database is a big plus.
• Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed.
• Experience in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.) connected with End-User Centricity.
• Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team.
• Excellent English skills.
• Familiarity of UI-5 technology is a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Ideally 1 – 3 years of working experience.
• Ability to work well in an international, virtual, and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to deliver in the set timeframe.
