What You’ll do
Lead and deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization. Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members across multiple locations
Drive execution of multiple propositions and initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs while communicating broader search priorities. Removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
Communicate roadmaps and priorities across business areas; engaging with key partners to ensure understanding of strategy.
Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with 4 in the box partners, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improvements.

You are gifted at making complex topics easily understood through words and visuals
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management or related field
Preferred Qualification:
3+ years of Retail Ecommerce, Search, or Omnichannel experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Walmart Catalog, Merchandising, and/or Operations preferred
Bonus points: Advanced degree in Business, Product Management, or related field

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...These jobs might be a good fit
