As a functional expert in HR, you provide professional expertise within your area, performing tasks autonomously with moderate guidance and within established guidelines and policies. You analyze factual information, propose solutions, make independent judgments, and solve straightforward problems using your knowledge and experience. You support the implementation of professional concepts into actionable measures within your organizational unit.
- Provide voice and email support for all operational and transactional HR issues.- Support HR processes and tools.- Conduct policy and process training
- Implement global and local rollouts for relevant expertise areas.
- Drive and lead People Experience Care projects in the Europe region, focusing on Türkiye
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- HR functional excellence.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Operational efficiency.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems (as an added advantage).
