Provide management reporting to site management, TGO (global and regional), and Corporate Finance, ensuring relevant, accurate, timely, complete and compliant reporting.
Calculate reliable, complete, timely and comprehensive standard costs for all new and existing finished and bulk products manufactured or/ and packed at site , as well as third party products for which a TGO activity is provided at the site.
Guide site on all applicable financial policies and guidelines and ensure adherence.
Provide financial insights to the site leadership team to ensure that short and long-term business decisions are based on strong financial reasoning.
Enhance site cost competitiveness by exploring, analyzing, facilitating and leveraging efficiency initiatives and lead continuous improvement in finance processes.
Identify, recruit, develop and retain qualified financial professionals to provide high-level service to the site. Implement managerial practices to ensure the team’s high performance, modeling Teva's values and leadership framework.
Serve as an influential member of the site leadership team, who impacts decision making and takes an active role in promoting cross-site initiatives, team work and collaboration across site functions

Your experience and qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance related subject required. MBA is a plus.
+10 years progressive experience in Finance/Accounting Required.
Manufacturing site experience required. Pharmaceutical / food/ consumer health goods (FDA/GMP) industries preferred.
Experience with SAP/ ERP systems preferred.
Experience managing people required. Experience as part of a site leadership team required.
High Level knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, management accounting and costing methodologies (product costing).
Advanced practical experience in financial planning and control, preferably in operations, Supply Chain, quality, procurement and/or commercial.
High-level financial, analytical and modeling skills (return on investment evaluations).
Intermediate understanding of quality and manufacturing as it relates to products, processes and compliance.
Intermediate knowledge of OPEX (operational excellence) principles and tools.
Knowledge of compliance & controls - SOX compliance and local financial regulations; Ability to learn Teva accounting policies and guidelines; theoretical and practical understanding of working in a regulated industrial environment
