Develop and design the architecture for testing RAN products, systems, and services. This includes defining test methodologies, test environments, and test automation frameworks.
Translate customer requirements or strategic business/technology objectives into detailed test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Manage and maintain test data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for testing purposes.
Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the testing lifecycle.
Design and implement test environments, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to simulate real-world conditions.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, leveraging scripting languages and tools to automate test execution and reporting.
Continuously evaluate and improve test processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support in test execution and analysis.
You Have:
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech with 15+ years of experience in RAN product integration and verification.
Expertise in LTE/5G technologies.
Experience with cloud computing platforms Vis AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
Experience in Virtualization, Cloud and Webscaler technologies.
Experience with various testing methodologies, test case execution planning.
Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience in technically leading teams in global environments in RAN products testing.
It would be nice if you also had:
Exposure to Nokia and external test tools.
