Job Description

  • nalyzeInvisalign & retention portfolio target market segments and potential, understand customer needs, develop marketing assets & tools to help sales team promotion and drive doctors’ adoption and utilization. Update and refresh product catalogues for most updated claims, evidences and messages are powerfully delivered to HCPs.
  • Lead product training both internally & externally. Be product trainer and provide sales team & field marketing team in-depth product training in working with trainer team. Act as speaker to HCPs in commercializing Invisalign. Answer inquiries on Invisalign & retainer portfolio.
  • Promote portfolio and innovations in forums, exhibitions, seminars, research etc.
  • Work with KOLs on new applications and indications of our portfolio, formulate go-to-market solutions and drive communication & commercialization.
  • Drive penetration in public hospital by supporting listing & bidding process.
  • Monitor competitor dynamics, collect competitor product intelligence, analyze our portfolio’s competitive advantage and deliver messages to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including pre-market trial, NPI, product document maintenance and phase-out.
  • Regularly report & analyze business performance including sales contribution, potential, product adoption, competition, market dynamics etc. to identify business insights & propose action plan.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing roles; proven track record on product marketing; Extensive marketing skills in healthcare industry.
  • Skillful at project management, communication & presentation.
  • Customer focus while as strategic thinking
  • Ambitious, strong implementation and result-oriented mindset;
  • Good spoken and written Chinese & English.
  • A team player.
  • Able to travel extensively within China (about 30% of working hours)

Education [Degree or equivalent experience]

  • University degree in medicine/ biomedical engineering. Master or above is a plus
  • Sales & Marketing experience in healthcare industry
  • Good Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills;
