Senior Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis_ HGR China
Responsibilities:
•Collect and consolidate data inputs from SBG finance in regular HGR finance MOS, including but not limited to R&O review, flash reporting, HGR MOR, ER meeting, etc
•Assist line manager to provide overall insights into financial & business performance; Improve overall planning and rolling forecast accuracy and quality; Streamline reports and templates
•Support HGR BAP in all necessary reporting/queries and ensure data submission in accordance with deadlines and requirements
•Keep good communication with SBG C2C team to understand its status, risks in collection and action plans to reduce past due receivables; Leverage HGR dashboard to track and monitor SBG PD performance
•Provide high visibility on Pudong Funding projects progress to ensure the funding get well used, including tracking on project actual spending and making proper reconciliation to ensure expense booking is accurate and on timely basis; and providing monthly Pudong Funding summaries to senior leadership on budget allocation and spending status
•Assist to create Opex/Capex internal order codes timely to ensure projects to be initiated as planned and guide project owners on the requirements and detailed procedures on PR submitting
•Support ad hoc data analysis as per China CP’s requirements and country specific initiatives
•Complete ad hoc assignments from line manager Additional Information
