Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR equivalent experience.

• Broad knowledge of cloud computing services (related to Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365), modern programming languages (Python, C#, Java), and web development practices.

Experience in commercial and open-source softare, database technologies, and fundamental ability to architect solutions for efficient data processing and analysis.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
• Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.
