Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of localization program manager experience.
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Experience managing budgets.
Experience with Workspace.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in driving delivery of projects, and communicating results to senior leaders.
Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience with industry standard localization tools.
Ability to communicate in Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Korean, German, or Indonesian, in addition to English, to support localized client-facing relationships and ensure learning content relevance.
