CAO Technology is seeking a Delivery Lead, in this role you will lead multiple agile technology teams delivering technology change for the CAO portfolio. The end-to-end responsibilities for this role will include project management (including Enterprise Change Management), development, testing, deployment and delivery.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• communication

• Works with Development, Testing, Analyst and other Scrum Master resourcesto ensure delivery of technology initiatives

• Responsible for improving the agility of scrum teams within the CAO portfolio

• Accountable for managing initiative finances working with the line of businessand to plan and forecast for project needs

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a project manager/scrum master

• You will have managed several technology implementations

• Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills. Able to engagemultiple stakeholders at a senior level and build to consensus around a clearcourse of action

• Strong knowledge/experience of agile delivery methods

• Previous experience of traditional waterfall project management

• Great problem management and relationship management skills

• Previous experience working in software delivery with large financial institutions

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

• Work with EPMO following ECM

• Previous experience with Procurement systems
